Appointment booking and management through Pynsen.
Booking with a shop
Pynsen provides the booking experience for participating barbershops. Your selected shop provides the appointment and sets its services, prices, hours and any deposit or cancellation policy shown before booking. Available times can change until a booking is submitted. You can use the shop's booking link to look up and manage your appointment.
Deposits and cancellations
If a deposit is required, the amount and cancellation window are shown during booking based on the shop's policy. Where online deposit collection is active, appointment confirmation requires the deposit to be confirmed. Cancellation and any refund outcome are determined by the shop's policy and the booking service; your cancellation result will show any available refund information.
Optional appointment text messages
When you optionally check the SMS consent box while booking, you agree to receive transactional appointment text messages from the barbershop named on the booking page, powered by Pynsen. Messages may include confirmations, reminders, rescheduling updates and cancellations. Consent is not required to book, and these are not marketing messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. For help with your appointment, call the shop at the phone number listed on its booking page; for Pynsen platform help, visit Pynsen's website. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Pynsen LLC support text messages
If you optionally consent on the Pynsen support page, you agree to receive first-party text messages from Pynsen LLC, the software provider, about your support request — support-case replies and technical assistance only. These are distinct from shop-originated appointment messages and are not marketing. Consent is not a condition of receiving support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. The support form accepts requests and your optional consent choice; support text messaging is not currently enabled. The SMS review view remains a non-submitting demonstration.
